Improving Graduation Rates at a Comprehensive University

Abstract: These Workshop slides on using continouous improvement ideas to increase university graduation rates were presented at the 2013 ASQ Advancing the STEM Agenda Conference at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI on June 3, 2013 It is a case study of Grand Valley State University's efforts to use process maps to improve student success and increase the graduation rates.
