How to Get the Warriors to Stop Fighting
Abstract: To curtail student fights and out-of-school suspensions, administrators from an elementary school used a plan-do-study-act cycle to analyze the locations of fights. They then performed root cause analysis to find out why students were fighting. Fights and out-of-school suspensions dropped by about 50% and 60%, respectively, in the first year.
