Being able to share information gained with fellow staff members.

Why do you think Six Sigma is important?
Its a step stone approach toward practical learning.

Why do you think quality is important?
It produces conforming services and products.

What’s your favorite benefit of quality?
Sharing what I've learned with others.

Why did you choose to go into the quality field?
The quality and safety gains that the aviation industry experience inspired me.

What’s your best advice to someone new to quality?
Keep a sense of what is important not only to you, but to your organization.
