Why did you choose to go into the quality field?
I chose to go into the quality field because of difficulties with measuring success as a means to giving staff a sense of achievement or enabling them to see where improvements were necessary.
What’s your best advice to someone new to quality?
Gain an understanding of the quality culture. Learn about the voice of the customer, the voice of the business, voice of the employee, voice of the process and managing change.
