Gail Morgenstern is an organizational and management development consultant and trainer with over 25 years experience. Her expertise includes strategic planning for quality improvement and work redesign, facilitation and team leadership training, team development, organizational assessment, leadership training, and human resource systems redesign. She has served as a consultant and training to SmithKline Beecham for the past 10 years and is an adjunct faculty member at Rutgers University. Her clients represent the fields of healthcare, utilities, professional and financial services, education, and government.
Morgenstern is a highly regarded member of the faculty of the Association for Quality and Participation and is also a member of the AQP research committee. She has presented papers at the national conferences of the American Society for Quality, The Organization Development Network, the Association for Quality and Participation and the Philadelphia Area Council for Excellence.
