Carol Lepper, Solutions for Lean Healthcare, Inc. has extensive experience in hospital clinical areas, staff development, quality management, operations and Joint Commission. Her passion for quality patient care led her to the Lean Thinking/Toyota Production System (TPS) business model. Carol is nationally recognized as an expert and pioneer in healthcare for the development and successful implementation of TPS in a hospital setting. One of the pharmacy projects achieved several improvements in the chemotherapy administration process, and has been published as a lean case study. Carol has presented "lean in healthcare" on the local, national, and international level.
