RESERVATIONS:
Please make your room reservation as soon as possible. ASQ has a special group rate (based on availability) until Sunday, August 5, 2012. When making your reservation, please identify yourself as an attendee of
the American Society for Quality Public Education Courses or ASQ to receive the group rate. The group rate is $149.00 for single/double occupancy room plus *13.4% tax per room, per night. The ASQ group rate is valid two (2) days pre and post meeting, based on availability. Check-in:

Please note: If you plan on making hotel reservations using internet booking companies, most reservations must be pre–paid and are non–refundable. ASQ and the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis cannot assist in changing rates and/or gaining refunds on internet reservations.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
The Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is located 12 miles (20 minutes) from Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport (MSP). Super Shuttle transportation service is *$16.00 one way or *$32.00 round trip from airport to hotel. For reservations, please call 800–258–3826. At airport, please follow the signs for Hotel Shuttles and Scheduled Vans to the Ground Transportation Atrium. The Super Shuttle guest service desk is located near the center of the shuttle area. Super Shuttle runs from airport to hotels between the hours of 4:30am and 11:00pm. After 11:00pm and before 4:30am please call Super Shuttle (800–258–3826) to arrange for pick up. For Super Shuttle transportation from hotel to airport, reservations must be made at least two (2) hours in advance. Taxi is approximately *$40.00 one way.

PARKING:
Valet parking is *$28.00 per 24–hour period and includes in/out privileges. Self parking is *$17.00 per 24–hour period and includes in/out privileges. The parking garage is managed by the city of Minneapolis and no special rates or arrangements can be offered.

COURSE SCHEDULE (Ending times are approximate)
Wednesday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Please Note: Participants are required to bring a copy of the Quality Management Standard - ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001:2008 (Item #: T860) with them to training in order to successfully complete this course.
Optional Standards not required: Two additional standards that participants will find valuable, but are not required for training, include the Auditing Standard - ANSI/ISO/ASQ QE 19011S-2008 (Item #:T853E) and the Guidance Standard - ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9004:2009 (Item #:T864) to support the achievement of a sustained quality management system.
Lunch and Beverage Breaks served daily.
We suggest casual attire in the classroom. You may wish to bring a jacket or sweater as meeting rooms tend to be cool.
