RESERVATIONS:
Please make your room reservation as soon as possible. ASQ has a special group rate (based on availability) until Friday, August 17, 2012. Please tell the reservation agent that you are attending the ASQ/American Society for Quality and mention group code SBAMS2 to receive the group rate. The ASQ group rate is $89.00 plus *12% Clark County tax per room, per night for Run of House Rooms. Group rate is available two (2) pre and post meeting, based on availability. Hotel check in is 4:00pm and check out is 11:00am.

If you need to cancel, individual hotel reservations must be cancelled 72–hours prior to date of arrival to avoid a one (1) night room and tax charge.

The hotel is approximately 3 miles from McCarran International Airport. Airport Shuttle service is available and cost is approximately *$6.00 one way. Taxi is approximately *$15.00 one way.

COURSE SCHEDULE (Ending times are approximate)
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Beverage breaks available daily. Lunch served Monday – Thursday
We suggest casual attire in the classroom. You may wish to bring a jacket or sweater as meeting rooms tend to be cool.
