analysis, tree diagrams, affinity diagrams, selection
matrices, data selection, check sheets, run charts,
flowcharting, mapping work processes, Gantt charts,
cause-and-effect fishbone diagrams, histograms, block
diagrams, and scatter diagrams.
- Practice working as a team member, building respect for
