Who Should Attend
This is must-have foundation training for management as well
as staff and new hires within any organization using continuous
improvement and corrective-action systems. It is a foundation
for the Baldrige Award, necessary for JCAHO, and a requirement

diagrams, scatter diagrams, and Lean principles and tools
used in problem solving.
