Lean Six Sigma Black Belt — Blended Format
You’ll combine real-time instructor-led web-based and face-to-face sessions with one-on-one project coaching, all backed by a rigorous self-paced, web-based training.
Cover the traditional Six Sigma DMAIC content as well as lean content including coverage of: Value Stream Mapping, Continuous Flow and Little’s Law, Level-loaded Processing, Quick Changeovers, Pull Scheduling Systems, 5-S, Standardized Work, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
You can “customize” the training to your industry – choose which version of the self-paced training you’d like to follow (Service, Healthcare, or “Traditional”) and we’ll ensure your instructor and/or coach has experience in working with Six Sigma projects in your industry.
