Learning Outcomes
- Increased understanding of the Baldrige education
criteria, categories and core values, as measured by
satisfactory completion of Exercises 1-5.
- Competency in analyzing and assessing district/school
performance against the Baldrige education criteria, as
measured by satisfactory completion of Exercises 1-5.
- Ability to evaluate a brief education case study.
- Competency in using the JSA Baldrige Assessment, as
measured by the satisfactory completion of Baldrige Education
Criteria Exercise 10.
- Increased ability to work as a member of a
self-assessment team to reach consensus on organizational
capacity, as measured by the satisfactory completion of
Exercise 10.
