Learning Outcomes

At the completion of this course, the participants will be able to:

• Identify the benefits of applying the Baldrige criteria to educational institutions.
• Apply the Baldrige values, principles and criteria in their educational institutions.
• Conduct a Baldrige-based self-assessment of their educational institutions.
• Recognize the value of creating a culture of continuous improvement within their institutions.

These objectives would be measured through course activities including large and small group discussions, exercises and a sample self-assessment.
