Access Information

Here is what you need to participate in an ASQ web-based self-paced or instructor-led course.

Registration e-Mail

After you register, you will receive an e–mail with access instructions one business day before the course. If you do not, please check your e-mail "Delete" and/or "Spam" folders. If the e–mail is not there, please contact ASQ.

Technical Requirements

• Computer – PC or Macintosh.
• High-speed internet connection with at least 90k bandwidth (recommended) – We discourage the use of a dial-up internet connection as it might result in audio or visual difficulties.
• Internet Explorer 7 or 8 (or Firefox 3.x)
• For instructor–led classes a speakerphone or telephone headset in a designated room or space with no distractions (preferred).
