You will receive receipt of your completed submission.
Submission applicants will be notified by August 31, 2016 of their status. Selected speakers will be provided with the guidelines and due date for submission of their final presentations.
Submission of the proposal does notguarantee acceptance as a speaker at the 2017 ASQ Lean and Six Sigma Conference or any other ASQ conference.
Proposal submissions must be made with the understanding that:
Concurrent Sessions are scheduled in 60-minutes segments, which allows for approximately 45–50 minutes of actual presentation and 10–15 minutes for participant Q&A and dialogue. Sessions are strictly timed at the conference.
Concurrent Workshops are scheduled for two hours. Presentations should be planned for 90–100 minutes with 10–15 minutes allowed for valuable Q&A interaction time between the audience and the presenter(s). Session times are strictly enforced.
Proposals from each focus area may be grouped to form topic sessions and/or tracks based on reviewer feedback and subject matter. The selection committee reserves the right to limit multiple speaker selections from the same company or institution to achieve or maintain program balance.
Conference presentations will be delivered via Microsoft PowerPoint.
All submissions will be reviewed via a blind review process.
