Approximately two weeks prior to the conference, all registered attendees will receive access to the PowerPoint presentations for the sessions from 2014 Lean and Six Sigma Conference.
Because you are an attendee of this conference, you are eligible for a 90 percent discount on all session recordings. There will be more than 50 recordings available to you for only $49. See sessions you missed, review sessions you attended, and share sessions with your colleagues once you return.
If you missed ordering this on your registration form, simply call into ASQ Customer Care at 800-248-1946 and inform the representative that you are registered for the 2014 Lean and Six Sigma Conference and would like to add on the conference recordings. Note: Recordings will be available within 30 days after the conference. You will receive an email when recordings are available.

Cancellation requests received on or before January 27, 2014 can be done without any penalty. Any cancellations received January 28, 2014 or after will incur a $150 processing fee. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend (no-shows), late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. Substitutions can be made anytime.
