Call for Presentations and Tutorials

Submissions due by 2/28/12

The ASQ Service Quality Division is seeking proposals for concurrent session presentations and tutorials for their 21st annual conference. If you have a success story, case study, or new technique in the field of Service Quality we want to hear from you!

Each year, our conference brings together quality professionals from all over the world to share ideas and promote Service Quality. More than 150 people attended our most recent conference in Seattle.

The theme for this year’s conference is "Turning the Tide with Service Quality." Tracks include:

  • Increasing Organizational Focus on Service Quality
  • Case Studies in Service Quality Improvement
  • Making Government Service Great
  • Hot Topics in Service Quality

Concurrent Session Presentations

Teach us a new technique, give how-to advice, or take us step-by-step through your service quality success story. As a presenter, you will have 50 minutes to address an audience at the conference. Presentations must be delivered as PowerPoint slides and include audience interaction.

The division does not pay its presenters nor do we offer travel expenses. One complimentary conference registration (good for both days) is included per accepted proposal. Co-speakers pay a reduced fee for their two-day registration. Offering this forum to share your knowledge is a way to improve the environment for service in the world.

Tutorials

The ASQ Service Quality Division also seeks proposals for tutorials. Tutorials are in-depth, full- or half-day training sessions, held immediately before or after the conference. Attendees pay separately for these tutorials and expect highly professional classes that provide information and tools they can use immediately.

Instructors selected to present tutorials receive a negotiated fee for their services and are required to sign a formal contract with ASQ detailing the terms of the tutorial agreement.

Submitting a Proposal
