PANEL #1

DIARIES OF A QUALITY MANAGER, THE CHALLENGE
Being a Quality Manager it’s not that easy, you can ask to your boss, even better, if you’re one of them you know what we mean. Facilitates and leads team efforts to establish and monitor customer/supplier relations, supports strategic planning and deployment initiatives, and helps develop measurement systems to determine organizational improvement. In this panel, you will hear from “the experts”, who have been facing these and other kind of challenges in their organizations, they will share experiences and anecdotes that surely will be very useful for you, because you want to be or even, already you are a Quality Manager.

HOW TO BE A BLACK BELT AND DOES NOT DIE IN THE INTENT
If you thought to be an expert in Six Sigma methodology wait to become in a Certified Black Belt. You must have deep knowledge in DMAIC model and apply it, besides having knowledge of Lean. When you’re a Black Belt you face change resistance, that, in many companies, could lead into projects’ breakdown. You should plan and deploy different kind of projects by the hand of teams that probably you never worked with before. In this panel, you’ll hear from Black Belts, like you, who have faced big challenges and they have survived, you will learn about their experiences and even share yours, mainly, if you’re one of the Six Sigma Survivors.

SURVIVAL GUIDE OF A QUALITY ENGINEER
If someone ask you to make a Survival kit for a Quality Engineer, what would you use? Quality control systems development and operation, proof and inspection procedures, metrology and statistics methods, quality costs techniques, management systems, etc. if you thought in more than three of these elements that we mentioned, you are or you may be ready to be a Quality Engineer. We invite you to our panel “Survival guide of a Quality Engineer” where experts will share their experiences.

IDEAS TO EVOLVE YOUR QUALITY ROLE
Evolution means change or transformation. Do you suspect that is moment to leave behind your status quo and evolve? Do you know how to lead up? How do you see yourself in the future? What are your possibilities? What additional efforts you have to make? If you still don’t know we invite you to listen successful quality professionals that develop their careers in diverse areas and like you in a certain moment of their lives made themselves the same questions.
