4 opportunities to sponsor the "Meet and Greet" reception
Scope of Sponsorship: The reception sponsorship is a shared sponsorship of a meet-and-greet at the end of the first day of the conference. As a shared sponsorship, four sponsors have the opportunity to sponsor the beverages and hors d'oeuvres. This includes a 2-hour cash bar.
In recognition of the sponsorship, sponsors will receive:
Exhibit Booths (Space limited to 11 exhibitors)
Exhibit space selection will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis determined by ASQ’s receipt of an exhibitor’s signed contract and payment. ASQ will notify all exhibitors of their assigned location. ASQ reserves the right to modify the floor plans if, in its sole judgment, it is in the best overall interest of the exposition.
Depending on location, booths, custom designed tabletop displays, and pop-up displays are permitted. In addition, any equipment necessary for demonstration purposes is permitted as long as it fits on top of your six-foot table and does not exceed eight feet in height (includes the three-foot table supplied by show management). Pipe and drape is included. Show management reserves the right to determine appropriate equipment.
Booths and associated materials may be sent to the Radisson at the Port up to 5 days before March 18. The mailing address is:

If exhibitors ensure boxes and containers with shipping tags, The Radisson at the Port will support pick-up of booth materials.
Exhibitor set up is Sunday March 18, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Exhibits will be open on Monday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (meet and greet from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.) and Tuesday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tear down is on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods, materials, equipment, and stations at all times. ASQ, the show manager, nor the Radisson at the Port will be responsible for the loss or theft of property belonging to any exhibitor, its agents, employees, visitors, or guests.
The selling of goods and services in the exhibit hall is not allowed without a valid tax license from the State of Florida. You may take orders and invoice customers after the conference.
By signing the enclosed agreement form the exhibitor/sponsor agrees to make no claim for any reason against the Radisson at the Port or American Society for Quality (ASQ), or the agents of any of the aforementioned. The Radisson at the Port and ASQ will not be liable for the fulfillment of this contract as to the delivery of space, and further will not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs, or any other unfavorable conditions due to the following: the building being destroyed by fire, act of God, public enemy, national emergency, strikes, the authority of the law, or any causes beyond their control. The exhibitors/sponsor agrees to indemnify the aforementioned groups against and hold them harmless from any claims arising from the acts or negligence of the sponsor, its agents, or employees.
