At the 2010 conference, I challenged myself to present a pre-conference tutorial, my first full day training, to contribute to the Division and to share my learning with other auditors. The Audit Division’s conferences have greatly impacted by auditing skills and knowledge as well as my training abilities.

	Jim Ebone Member since 1976 As a side-line, I clown for the Knights of Columbus in St. Charles, MO. We entertain mentally handicapped and the Special Olympics, visit rest homes and work with Community Living. Clowning provides a great stress relief from the pressures of being a Quality Manager. Volunteering is a great way to give back.
	Anh Yan Member since 2010 I am currently employed with Cosmetica Laboratories Inc. in Toronto, Canada as a QA Systems Coordinator/Auditor. I have worked in the food industry for over 10 years in the Quality/Auditing function.
