Introduction

The ASQ was founded in 1946, and has provided members and their organizations with the responses to achieve performance excellence. Its members have initiated most of the quality methods used throughout the world. The mission of ASQ is to facilitate continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction by identifying, communicating, and promoting the use of quality principles, concepts, and technologies, and thereby being recognized as a worldwide authority on quality.  The ASQ Audit Division is an extension of this quest to be the premier resource for quality.

The Audit Division is host to a team of professionals interested in learning more about and advancing auditing as a profession, with a peer network of more than 9,000 individuals from around the world. The Audit Division provides a venue where all can network with people who do similar work and have a common interest in performance excellence. The primary objective of the Audit Division is to promote broader application and use of quality auditing principles for effective business management purposes. 

The ASQ 21st Annual Audit Division Conference is pleased to partner with the Quality Management, Biomedical and Design and Construction division to off a unique perspective for our attendees.

Since its humble beginnings in 1991, this conference has become an internationally recognized opportunity to provide a platform for quality and audit professionals from all industries to share knowledge, experience and issues in the field of auditing.
Each year we work to improve and provide the best conference available. We look for innovative ways to provide as much information and networking opportunities as we can in a 2 day conference. This year’s conference will be held in the “Garden City,” Augusta, GA, home to the famous Augusta National Golf Club.

The theme for the 2012 conference, “The Impact of Globalization on Quality," recognizes that companies must be able to effectively conduct business globally in order to stay competitive and remain viable. It is up to those in the quality profession to ensure quality does not suffer even though it may no longer be under our direct control."

The goal is to expose audit professionals with various levels of knowledge and experience to tools and applications of quality improvement, and to the impact of auditing on overall business performance.

By sponsoring or exhibiting you will:

PLATINUM Sponsorship: Minimum Contribution of $4,000.00

  • Two (2) “complimentary” delegate attendances for the two day conference, including shared hotel room and meals (a $1,400.00 value)
  • Two (2) Seats at all Keynote events
  • Sponsor recognition (verbal/ signage), at all events associated with the conference will include the phrase “Platinum Sponsor”
  • Branding space on the Audit Division Conference web site with a link to your website
  • Company banner prominently placed in conference display area
  • Logo on conference brochure
  • Marketing & promotional inserts in conference attendee bag
  • Logo on Conference proceedings with link to your web-site
  • A “Sponsor’s Table” available during all breakfasts, lunches and dinners for the two day conference, which you can use to meet and network with conference attendees.
  • Logo placement on the conference attendee bag (prime location on a first come, first serve basis)
  • Priority selection of display space, (including table, chairs, & electric), in prominent location of main conference display area
  • One article (1,000 words), and a 1 page advertisement in the Audit Division quarterly Newsletter “The Audit Report” at no charge
  • Receive a complete list of all conference attendees.  Due to ASQ policy, attendees have the option to provide contact information. However, each sponsor has the opportunity to solicit attendees and secure attendee contact information during the conference.
     

GOLD SPONSORSHIP: Minimum Contribution of $3,000.00

  • One “complimentary” delegate attendance for the two-day conference including meals (a $795.00 value)
  • One (1) seat at all keynote presentations
  • Sponsor recognition (verbal/ signage) at all events associated with the conference will include the phrase: “Gold Sponsor
  • Branding space on the Audit Division conference web site, with a link to your website
  • Logo on conference brochure
  • Marketing & promotional inserts in conference attendee bag
  • Logo on Conference proceedings with a link to your web-site
  • Display space, (including table, chairs, & electric) located adjacent to “Platinum” sponsor(s) in main conference display area
  • A “Sponsor’s Table” available during breakfasts, lunches and dinners for the two day conference, which you can use to meet and network with conference attendees.
  • Advertisement in quarterly division newsletter – ½ page at no charge
  • Receive a complete list of all conference attendees.  Due to ASQ policy, attendees have the option to provide contact information. However, each sponsor has the opportunity to solicit attendees and secure attendee contact information during the conference
     

SILVER sponsorship: Minimum Contribution of - $2,000.00

  • One “complimentary” delegate attendance for the two day conference, including meals
  • A seat at all keynote presentations
  • Sponsor recognition (verbal/ signage) of all events associated with the conference will include the phrase Silver Sponsor
  • Logo on conference brochure
  • Marketing & promotional inserts in conference attendee bag
  • Logo on the Conference proceedings with a link to your web-site
  • Display space, (including table, chairs, & electric) located in main conference display area (Location according to sponsor’s contribution precedence level.)
  • A “Sponsor’s Table” available during breakfasts, lunches and dinners for the 2-day conference, which you can use to meet and network with conference attendees
  • Receive a complete list of all conference attendees.  Due to ASQ policy, attendees have the option to provide contact information. However, each sponsor has the opportunity to solicit attendees and secure attendee contact information during the conference
     

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP: Minimum Contribution of - $1,000.00

  • Sponsor recognition (verbal/ signage) of all events associated with the conference will include the phrase “Bronze Sponsor
  • Insert in Conference Bag
  • Due to ASQ policy, attendees have the option to provide contact information. However, each sponsor has the opportunity to solicit attendees and secure attendee contact information during the conference
     

Early Bird Opportunity

Sponsor recognition in the collateral materials for conference marketing.
 

The sooner you make a commitment, the more exposure you will receive. Pre-conference marketing includes top sponsors on all pre-conference mailings and websites. The Conference Brochure reaches more than 45,000 quality professionals. E-marketing efforts have the potential to be viewed by up to 80,000 quality professionals.
