Supply Chain Risk: Planning for the Future

Abstract: Supply chain risks—which can range from supplier health to geopolitical conflict to piracy and armed robbery on the roads—pose a financial and reputational threat to organizations and even to national governments. In an increasingly interconnected world, it is more important than ever to quantify and assess risk with a comprehensive view of the supply chain and take steps to mitigate risks where possible.
