Working with the U.S. Commerce Department’s National Institute of Standards and Technology, we help coordinate the award through the application process to the selection of the recipient.
We’re also a founding sponsor of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), a prominent quarterly economic indicator. A uniform and independent measure of household consumption experience, the ACSI tracks trends in customer satisfaction and provides valuable benchmarking insights of the consumer economy for companies, industry trade associations and government agencies.
