Abstract: ASQ and IBM partnered to lead an important study focusing on a significant force in shaping the future of quality -- Social Responsibility (SR). A total of 1,105 respondents participated in this study, which details distinguishing characteristics and metrics that worldwide organizations use to lead to successful SR programs. The study's findings demonstrate the business case for integrating quality and social responsibility.
