Case Study- April 2012
Abstract: A fund services organization turned to quality principles to enhance process control and increase capacity. A cross-functional team identified and prioritized short-term projects using a Lean Six Sigma approach that included kaizen events. In just four months, nine quick-fix projects were completed for a savings of $220,000. The success of smaller projects paved the way for addressing larger strategic improvement projects.
