Abstract: K&N Management operates the no. 1 restaurant in food sales per square foot in all of Texas and one of the nation’s most successful start-up fast casual concepts. In 2010, K&N became the second food service recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and the first restaurant group ever to receive the Texas Award for Performance Excellence. The company’s registered trademark is Quality Is Everything!®, and the primary focus of its continuous improvement culture is the development and support of a motivated, high-performing team.
